  • Check assignments and provide timely feedback on assignments to students. – – The assignments include, strategic professional tools, individual development planner, career exploration, master’s planning, CV/resume etc
    – Engage with students through live ask-me-anything sessions to clear doubts and respond to their queries regarding assignment
    – Bachelor’s Degree from a Tier-1 University preferably in STEM background. B.Ed. degree would be a bonus
    – Prior experience in career guidance and coaching is a plus

-Facilitate/Coordinate with Govt. officials, mentors, Kalpana fellows, and partner colleges to ensure our curriculum is delivered to all the colleges efficiently
-You will be responsible for maintaining attendance and program outcomes in Telangana Colleges. You will be the first point of contact for any challenge faced by students/colleges.
-You will Conduct onsite interactive sessions to understand the ground realities (challenges) with the students & college faculty.
-You will train fellows and teachers in the VigyanShaala mentoring curriculum
-Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Science Required from a Tier-1 University
– 0 to 5 years of work experience in a relevant position of Operations & Program monitoring

-Train in AI/ML models especially experience with NLP models (GPTs, Langchain,BERT,Alpaca)
-Lead the design, development, and implementation of GPT-powered chatbots
-API integration of GPT and NLP models with WhatsApp and VigyanShaala App
-Refine the above language models for STEM Career mentoring and guidance and other solutions as they emerge
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
-Experience working with large-scale conversational AI models, prompt design, including ChatGPT , Lex or Rasa is a huge plus
-Solid understanding of AI concepts. Proficiency with deep learning frameworks (such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow) and deep learning architectures

-You will predominantly be handling 3-4 labs in Uttarakhand and developing Research Grade projects.
-The Challenge you will solve is to build STEM projects that are:
I. Publishable in standard STEM Journals (I.F.>2-3)
II. They will have to be performed by UG students and some PG levels
III. Resources are limited and the lab built up cost <5Lacs INR. It is predominantly a tinkering lab
-This is a unique challenge that is being tackled by very few groups globally https://metastudio.org/ is a good resource to get a feel for the type of work
-There will be lots of Python programming and interlacing with Arduino/Raspberry Pi etc. So experience in Python programming is a must.
-At least two to three years of work experience in developing research projects-Record of developing projects in a frugal manner is a plus

  • We are looking for a dynamic and passionate team member to onboard as the Senior Associate – Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), who will mainly provide comprehensive M&E support to both our programs to ensure their successful delivery.
  • Your main role will be developing, implementing, and continuously updating the org wide as well as programmatic Theory of Change (TOC) documents, being in constant touch with the operations  and program development teams, do field visits to understand our end users, their dreams and hopes and helping the program development teams to integrate them into program structures.
