1. Inspirational Women Role Models (Women Only) to inspire our fellows with their journeys.
- Women leaders in STEM with 15+ years’ experience share their journeys, and CVs of Failures and inspire the fellows.
- 1-hour session
2. Masterclass instructors will enable VigyanShaala fellows to acquire soft and behavioral skills for career readiness.
- Experts on topics that are career-focused and industry relevant.
- 1-hour class
3. Mentors who can hand-hold, guide, groom, and empower aspiring individuals in their STEM journey at the Accelerator stage.
- Mentors (1+ years’ experience) will work closely with students to craft their personal and career journeys.
- Develop and implement hands-on frugal projects.
- Engagement of 3-4 hours/week including one live interaction (1 – 1.5 hours).
4. Capstone Project developers will leverage their technical skills to develop STEM projects for undergraduate engineering students.
- Experts will develop meaningful technical and engineering projects.
- Opportunity for practical application of skills, while promoting students’ personal and professional growth.
- Engagement of 2-3 hours/week for 1-2 months (depending on the project)
