The VigyanShaala mentorship program connects students with mentors who encourage, motivate and guide students towards designing and achieving career goals and further studies

Mentor Requirements for She for STEM Fellowship
- Enthusiastic professionals who understand the need for promoting women in STEM Careers
- PhDs from top tier institutes or universities studying STEM. In exceptional cases where prior record shows student is motivated to contribute, we will consider Masters Students from such universities
- Scientists or Engineers working with <10 Year industry experience and extremely committed to contribute to creating future STEM leaders.
- Actively support students in completing their projects, guiding their projects towards unique and novel solutions
- Time involvement:
- Mentor 5 fellows
- Video training to Mentees 2-hours/week
- Part of a WhatsApp/Microsoft Teams Group
- Evaluate Assignments and provide feedback
- Duration of program: 12 Weeks
- Mentor training and onboarding: 1 week before launch + 1 hr / week for a month training if designing a research project
